He has successfully obtained many outstanding verdicts and settlements in an unending variety of personal injury and medical malpractice cases, many of which have been featured in the New York State Jury Verdict Reporter. He personally litigates all of the firm’s personal injury cases including medical malpractice, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises, work-related accidents and products liability. He has successfully written and argued many Appeals before the Appellate Courts. He concentrates on representing the firm’s clients in all litigated cases and directs the litigation and trial practice Mr. Bender regularly appears in the Supreme Courts of New York City’s five boroughs and brings cases in the surrounding counties. He has taught numerous seminars in the trial and litigation of personal injury cases and related legal subjects to other lawyers less experienced than he in personal injury law.

Michael Bender practiced at Argyropoulos & Bender (1995 - 2011); he worked as a trial lawyer and civil litigator at the well-known Manhattan personal injury and medical malpractice law firm of Rosenberg, Minc, and Armstrong, New York City, from 1985 to 1995. There, he tried many of the firm's most challenging cases developing the skills he now employs on behalf of our clients.
